About The Space
Welcome to the Off Grid Cabin — the most secluded retreat at Sugar Moon. Perched at the top of 27 private acres on Little McGarry Lake, this cabin is designed for guests who want to truly disconnect. There's no wifi here by design; the only notifications you'll receive are birdsong at dawn and the crackle of your fire at dusk.
The cabin features a wood-burning indoor fireplace for cozy evenings, an outdoor fire pit for stargazing, and direct access to the lake where a canoe and paddleboard are ready for your adventures. The property connects to hundreds of acres of crown land with hiking, snowshoeing, and snowmobile trails.
We provide a starter pack of coffee, tea, toilet paper, and paper towels, along with kitchen towels and linens. Just bring your own bath and beach towels — and leave the rest of the world behind.
OFF GRID NOTES
The cabin is heated by a wood burning stove & has propane lights, stove and fridge. There is no electricity. There is a large bathroom on septic with a bathtub and only an outdoor shower. There is limited wifi, but a designated wifi area is available at the entrance of the property.
